Calm aroma typical of hiyaoroshi.
The sweetness, umami and bitterness of the Oyama seems to be the best part of it, but when I drank it, I found that it had a calm taste, along with the umami.
I paired it with the fallen fish on the label.
It's like drinking in food.
Hmmm, I'm still having trouble with the hiyaoroshi, but I'll try it again later in the day when it's warmed up!
