The aroma is gentle, with a hint of honey acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, it tastes like honey lemon. The acidity is soft and floral. The sweetness has a hint of apricot. The aftertaste is a sweet honey taste with a hint of astringency. It is interesting that the astringent taste comes out here. The astringency is not strong, so it is a good accent, and thanks to this astringency, it seems to be easy to match with meals.
And because it is a low alcohol (13 degrees Celsius), it is very light and easy to drink. You can drink it smoothly. This is a sake that is easy to recommend to people who are not used to drinking alcohol.
