The label features an impressive cat looking back.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon, a sweet taste, a very good sharpness, and a clean aftertaste.
It is a slightly dry sake with a refreshing aftertaste.
We enjoyed it with smoked meat such as cured ham and ground sausage.
