もよもよ
This is a brand I've been interested in, Eikoh Fushi. I heard that the series of unfiltered raw sake is popular, so I tried Morinokuma-san.
Morinokumasan is a rice developed in Kumamoto, the capital of the forest, and this sake seems to have the purpose of reviving Kumamoto. The label of this sake is gorgeous and attracts the eyes.
It has a sweet aroma, and the taste is extremely sweet! In addition to the brown sugar-like taste, it has a sour taste like a lactic acid bacteria drink. It tastes like Wasanbon, but it has a sour taste. There is no bitterness at all. It will go well with strong flavored dishes.
Since the taste is very rich, we recommend drinking it slightly diluted on the rocks. It was a delicious sake that did not disappoint.
