This month's conference was less well attended, and the variety of sake was also less (TT). In such a situation, Master Tahei offered us a sake that seemed to be a rarity. My first brand Ishibashi Sake Brewery in Aizuwakamatsu City, which seems to be a very minor brewery. Retro three-pointed sticker The label has a "Junmai-shu" sticker on top, and the brewing alcohol is crossed out with a red line. The aroma is subdued and the taste is light for an Aizu sake.
