In such a situation, Master Tahei offered us a sake that seemed to be a rarity.
My first brand
Ishibashi Sake Brewery in Aizuwakamatsu City, which seems to be a very minor brewery.
Retro three-pointed sticker
The label has a "Junmai-shu" sticker on top, and the brewing alcohol is crossed out with a red line.
The aroma is subdued and the taste is light for an Aizu sake.
It has a somewhat retro feel to it,
It is not a bad sake with a clean aftertaste that goes well with food.
Pairs well with saikyo-yaki.
