New sake starts with Morohaku
Found this at a local liquor store and got it instantly!
No snowmen or snowballs here, but we do have Morohaku
It's rare to find a sake that gets you so excited when you see the sake bottle!
Refreshing citrus aroma
Slightly fizzy and fresh
Slightly foamy and fresh.
And yet, the sweetness and sourness are moderate and refreshing, so you can drink as much as you want.
Today, I'm going to drink it with sashimi of seasonal raw potato and konnyaku with yuzu miso.
This drink makes me happy that winter is coming!
