This sake is from Shimane, the birthplace of Shigeru Mizuki.
The mouthfeel is clean and dry, and the aftertaste has a strange, distinctive bran-like aftertaste. It seems to go well with mizutaki.
There is also a Kitaro sake, which is said to have a completely different flavor.
