ジョナジョナ
One of the Kaze no Mori, a noble sake made from Bodai yeast and old sake. It seems to taste good warmed up, which is still an interesting concept.
For now, I chilled it.
It is a bright golden color and the aroma is clean and apple-like. Slightly carbonated and mildly sweet, with a fruity acidity.
and a delicious fruity acidity. The subtle astringent aftertaste is also nice.
I'm looking forward to heating it up.
