This is a very limited edition sake that boasts an extremely high rice polishing ratio among the series of unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed by the Fuji Shuzo brewery. The rice has been polished to 24%, and a more beautiful flavor has been pursued in this bottle. GMF" is the first letter of "Eiko Fuji" in English. Legend Of The Crystal" is a reference to the word "Crystal" = "brightness of rice". The name "Legend Of The Crystal" is derived from the "brilliance of the sake rice" that has undergone an extremely high rice polishing ratio, and the beautiful flavor brewed from the crystals will be passed down to our customers forever. Since we are the 13th generation of brewers, we have added 13 "G's" to the name, and since the rice is 24% polished, we have tilted the "G" 24 degrees to express our wish that everyone's business and life will continue to grow and prosper. At the end of the year 2022, which marks the 244th anniversary of the company's founding, all of us at the brewery sincerely wish for the health of the entire world.
