The other of the two sakes we drank last night.
It's Kiji Shuzo's Kumo, unfiltered unpasteurized sake (junmai)!
The rice is 100% Gohyakumangoku, and the polishing ratio is 65%.
The rice and water are all local.
We chilled it in the refrigerator and opened the bottle.
You can feel the sweetness and flavor of the rice in your mouth.
It's a carefully crafted sake with a clean, crisp taste, but with a strong flavor.
It's not flashy by any means, but it's good!
This is a sake that can be drunk with confidence in everyday clothes.
Recommended for drinking at home!
It's hard to go back to my hometown, so I'm going home by drinking local sake like this ^ ^.
