This sake was brewed by Michiko, the toji of Yuki Shuzo, who lost her brewery in a fire last year, using the same yeast used in Ibaraki at Sanzen Sakura in Hokkaido.
It has a nice aroma despite being a special pure sake, and when you drink it, it is clear and refreshing.
It has a really warm and smiling taste. 😋
