Sweetness that is typical of Hanamup.
(The aroma is also supposed to be fruity, but I can't tell for sure due to hay fever...)
I felt the bitterness in Sakekomachi, but Sake Mirai might have a strong sourness. This may be the first time I've felt such a sharpness in Hanamup. Maybe because it was freshly opened.
It's delicious. I'm glad I couldn't buy it last year.
PS: After 3 days of opening the package, I could smell the aroma from the nose.
Three days after opening the package, I could smell the aroma through my nose. Good. The acidity (freshness?) has decreased a little, and the sweetness is stronger than the first time. I felt the sweetness was stronger than the first time. Still, I think it has a sharpness among Hana Yuup. It might be sourness or pungency. The sweetness is muscat-like. It is delicious.
I mistakenly bought a Sake Komachi Nama that was made in May 2023, thinking it was this year's. I went to the trouble of comparing the two.
The sweetness level may be the same, but the sourness of Sake Mirai is lighter and the sweetness of Sake Komachi is heavier. I like sweetness, so I think I prefer Sakekomachi. The bitterness in the sweetness is also addictive. (I don't know if this year's Sake Komachi is the same...)
