ぽわんぽわんThis is the third home brewed spring sake of the season, Raifuku's Sakura Yeast. The label is 🌸 in full bloom ❗️ I like seasonal flower yeast, so I tend to buy flower yeast sake from my favorite brewery ☺️ The taste is gentle and really spring... It is slightly sweet but light, so it goes well with salty or sweet ginger soy sauce flavored home Chinese dishes. Of course, it also goes perfectly with aji sashimi in ginger soy sauce ✨. Harusake is useful at our table because it goes well not only with Japanese side dishes, but also with light home Chinese dishes. Ahh, it was delicious, thank you for the treat 😋.
