Kawatsuru Junmai Limited Nama Nama Sake
A freshly pressed, undiluted Junmai sake brewed with Sanuki Yomai, a sake rice born in Sanuki.
Sanuki Yomai" is a crossbreed of "Ohseto" and "Yamadanishiki", the representative sake rice of Kagawa Prefecture.
It has a mildly fruity aroma, a fresh, mineral flavor in the mouth, and a soft sweetness that is typical of "Sanuki Yomai".
The juicy acidity that goes through refreshingly gives it a well-balanced taste with full-bodied flavor.
The gasiness that still lingers on the tongue and the slight astringency in the aftertaste give the sake a good finish.
While still feeling the satisfaction of drinking a bottle of nama sake, you can also enjoy the freshness and lightness of a freshly squeezed new sake.
