It has a slight caramel taste in the mouth.
It has a full-bodied, dark sweetness and a good acidity.
Compared to two years ago, this year's sake is a little lighter, but I think it has become more beautiful and easier to drink.
Like Mimuro Sugi's Bodai Hashimoto 🤔.
