Easy to drink and sweet like water.
The taste of the alcohol is a little sour and bitter on the tongue, but it comes up to the surface.
It's not a cohesive taste, it's more of a discrete, blurred taste.
That's what I like about it, it's gentle.
It's a little numbing.
It goes really well with the strong flavored fried rice!
