The aroma is very mild and refreshing. Slightly fragrant aroma of wooden vats.
Unlike the usual Yamamoto, there seems to be no acidity.
It seems to be sweet. The three-year storage gives it a full-bodied flavor. However, it is easy to get used to.
It is easy to drink and has little habit in a good sense.
