We had it at an event called the Tenma Daijukai (********). It is very astringent, rich and slightly dry. I drank it with pickles of Senshu Mizunasu, the most delicious eggplant in the world, but it was not an excellent match. Fish is considered to be a good match. I can imagine it would be even better if it were heated up! The atmosphere was great with popular songs from the 70's and 80's playing! Everyone was gradually getting drunk and started to sing in front of the booth!

Hello, Shinjou-san. I'm glad you had a good time at the Tenma Taishukai again. Personally, I drank too much and now I don't know why, but it was a lot of fun 😆.

Hi... I'm a non-drinker, so I was drinking with a headache, but it was great! Of course, the sake was great, but the Osaka specialty, mizu nasu (eggplant), was also wonderful!

We had takamura and junmai sake for the first morning 😊It was very drinkable but not too heavy. I couldn't afford to buy the water eggplant this time, now I want to enjoy the event purely 😅.

I wanted to drink Takamura and Umeshu, but I settled on Junmai and Junmai Ginjo. It seems that the brewery tends to be dry, and I was hesitating because the raw sake seemed to be easy to drink I liked the sake here a lot!
