- Milan HauserType: junmai ginjo, rice: Akita Sake Komachi, Yamada Nishiki, polishing rate: 55%, SMV: +1, Alc.: 16% First sip and I love it. No doubt this is a great sake. The aroma is fruity. Reminds me of pineapple and strawberries. It has fruity flavor too. Not sweet, not too dry, mild fruity acidity. Great balance and depth. It has clean finish. Happy Mid Autumn Festival!
Milan Hauser is using Sakenowa. Why don't you start using it too?
