It's a local maker! Come to think of it, this year's sake for the competition was gorgeous, fruity, and fresh as a whistle! Now, there are two types of hiyaoroshi, one is junmai ginjo and the other is junmai ginjo, but I chose this one for its calmness! What's that? It tastes like a ripe loquat and then opens up in the second half... It's juicier than I thought it would be! Well, it's still delicious. Since we ran out of entrée, we decided to call it a day early and enjoy it again tomorrow!
