The fruity ginjo aroma is pleasant.
The sweetness is restrained and light on the palate, with a sweet and sour acidity and a slight grapefruit-like bitterness in the latter half that quickly fades away.
It is light but full of flavor, and very tasty.
I enjoyed it with peach caprese 🍑.
