A clunk as soon as you open the bottle. The aroma is faint and refreshing, with a hint of rice. Juicy, sweet with a hint of grapefruit and blood orange, with just the right amount of acidity. . It has a bitter taste at the end. Since it is the leading sake, it goes well with light sashimi, slime and cheeky fish. I'm sure I'll drink it with simple snacks.
