カワニシSlightly fragrant sweetness. When drunk, it is a refreshing sake that leaves almost no residue in the throat. Slight carbonation characteristic of nama-shu. It is so slightly carbonated that bubbles form on the glass. The taste is similar to that of makgeolli, perhaps because it is a cloudy sake. It makes you want to eat meat.
