Hououmida KAN 2023 is made from fresh yeast.
I had it hot.
It's not peculiar, but it's easy to drink even though it's hot.
We had it lukewarm in the second half of the bottle.
I think I liked it better lukewarm.
The last bottle was served at room temperature, and I enjoyed its delicate flavor.

If the temperature is too high, this goodness disappears.
It is very good as a room temperature sake.
