Rika純米吟醸 つや姫
ひるぺこ
Today I am Rika.
It is a sake from Ota City, Shimane Prefecture, where Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine is located.
Rika is the name of the brewer.
Tsuyahime is a very tasty rice for food, but it is a sin to make it into sake.
I didn't know they use Tsuyahime in Shimane Prefecture.
The aroma is slightly sweet.
When served at room temperature, it has a slightly sweet banana-like aroma. The soft sweetness is pleasant, as if you are tasting rice. A slightly astringent sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
The taste is surprisingly refreshing, and the balance of the soft sweetness is exquisite.
And this is a sake that needs to be heated.
The rising aroma of the rice, the gentle and mellow sweetness, and the plump rice flavor are all enhanced and delicious.
It has a soothing taste that loosens the heart and relaxes the mind.
Even for those who don't like heated sake, this is a must-try ^ ^.
