ななかづ
-Kazumori
The first time I drank Kaze no Mori was in December 2012 with Akitsuho Zaruwakari.
I remember well how impressed I was with its elegant sweetness.
The last time I drank it was in January 2018.
It was around this time that I started to gravitate towards dry wines.
Looking back, it's been 5-6 years since I last had Kaze no Mori
Melon aroma and slight bubbles
Fruity mouthfeel with a soft thickening sensation.
The aftertaste has a solid core of umami.
A three-dimensional taste that is as good as the food it is served with.
Good value for money
Aroma of cemedine on the 3rd day after opening the bottle.
A little bitterness appears and the taste becomes calm.
