For my last sake of the year, I chose Kubota Junmai Daiginjo, not Hyakusyu Senju or any other sake, as I have not been drinking Kubota recently. I drank it very cold. I think the taste is quite strong. It has a strong aftertaste that lingers long after it is gone from your mouth. It also has a slight bitterness, so I would not recommend it to those who don't like sake.
It tastes slightly mellow and tangy at the same time.
