This sake is made from sake rice produced without the use of any pesticides, and is made using the traditional "nakamoto" method and wooden vats.
I went to buy it because it was introduced by the sake general as a sake that would give me energy for tomorrow.
It has a mild and gentle taste. I enjoyed it with a bowl of pickled amberjack and sashimi.
Alcohol content/16%.
