The aroma...I guess that's what happens when you let it rest.
It smells like caramel, or something like that, which is unique to Kidoizumi's aged sake (if you know what I mean)!
Taste...sour! Sour! Sour!
It starts and ends with sourness, and there is not even a hint of sweetness, just sourness!
It's like it was kept in a red wine barrel, but the taste is as close to that as possible (exclamation).
This is the kind of wine that you will hate if you drink it the wrong way... what should you do?
