It's too peculiar. That's why Kidoizumi is one of the most peculiar sake breweries in the Kanto region! Of course, it was made in 2017, after a long period of time in bed! I can't even imagine what it tastes like... I can imagine the aroma though! I'll have it in a wine glass! The color is already amazing when you pour it... is it whiskey or something? The aroma...I guess that's what happens when you let it rest. It smells like caramel, or something like that, which is unique to Kidoizumi's aged sake (if you know what I mean)! Taste...sour! Sour! Sour! It starts and ends with sourness, and there is not even a hint of sweetness, just sourness! It's like it was kept in a red wine barrel, but the taste is as close to that as possible (exclamation). This is the kind of wine that you will hate if you drink it the wrong way... what should you do?
