I bought some Nara sake series👍 on my way back from camping.
We started with the new Hanaboe sake 😁.
The first one was a light nigori top clear with a good amount of gas and acidity 😋.
I think it got a little sweeter when I mixed it and muddled it, but maybe that's just my imagination 😋🙄. I'm not sure if it's my imagination 🙄.
