The recent Gotohashi is interesting!
I was tempted by the look of this ride and bought it along with the Five bridges "Five" series.
96% polished rice and black koji.
What does that mean?
So I opened the bottle.
It has a yellowish muddy taste.
The aroma is slightly full and sweet.
When I drank it, it had a strong, thick and sweet taste.
I got an impression of a pineapple flavor.
Wild in a good way.
I don't hate it 😏.
