The yeast is brewer's yeast.
It is best to drink it at room temperature.
The color is a very light amber. It has a sense of transparency.
The aroma is full-blown Yamahai-like.
When you sip it, you can clearly taste a little bit of alcohol and rice (🏋️♂️), and it tastes robust and heavy.
Perhaps due to the low alcohol content, the mouthfeel is mellow.
It is a bit like Yamahai in the sense that it gives you a strong feeling after you drink it.
It is a strong and powerful sake, but also easy to drink.
