GANO
I was attracted by the name and the label, so I bought it.
Looking at the label on the back, there are nine different types of rice used, and I've never had a sake that used so many different brands.
When I drank it, the mouthfeel and aftertaste were tight, but the aroma was quite fruity.
After the second day of opening the bottle, the aftertaste is tighter.
Compared to other Junmai Ginjo sakes, the aftertaste was strange. (I can't think of a way to describe it, so I can't write it down...)
