Aroma is modest for a ginjo
The sweetness is the same as that of tanshidorari.
But the thickness of umami is different.
It is more complex and has a stronger taste. ‼️
This one may be more like nama-zake.
It was gone in no time with the wonderful sashimi that arrived safely.
