This is the second January brew of this winter season. It is brewed three times each season. It is rich, but refreshing, but had a longer aftertaste than the December one. This winter season is more refreshing than the previous winter season. I happened to have a conversation with the brewer, and he told me that they changed the yeast this winter, which makes sense. I can't wait for the final brew in February.
