The fifth at Sushi Matsuura. This is the last one. Asahi Ei of Tochigi. I have never heard of this brand before. I have been to Tochigi dozens of times, but I had never heard of it...^^;.
It is an autumn sake with a somewhat calm impression. It doesn't say hiyaoroshi, but it was made in March and shipped now, so is it hiyaoroshi? 🤔 I wonder if it's still fresh?
