This is the sake that made me fall in love with sake. The owner of a bar in Matsue let me try it.
In my early twenties, I wanted to drink it again, so I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi and Kimishimaya in Yokohama.
I still have no knowledge of the taste of sake, so I can't really comment on the taste. Besides, I still had no money.
Even now, when I see the word "Oroku" on a product label, I am surprised. It's as if I know everything about the world.
