I had a bottle of Kato Kihachiro Shuzo's Daisen Nama Genshu in January and fell in love with it, so today I chose this one 💁♀️. I'm sure you'll agree.

I've heard that it's a great sake to pair with richly flavored dishes such as shrimp mayo, pork kakuni, sukiyaki, etc. I'd like to try the pairing next time.
