Purchased on a recent sake shop expedition. I used to enjoy nigori sake in winter so much that I opened a bottle in one day by myself. This year, I lost the battle and could not buy it.
Hirotogawa sake comparison. This is delicious. It is a sake that should be appreciated more. Also, it is surprisingly priced at 1,540 yen. This is not a sake that can be purchased at this price. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but you can feel the fullness of the rice flavor like a fruit.
This sake is attracting attention as a young brewer's toji, but even ignoring the buzz, it is a sake that can be enjoyed by all. It has a really good balance. It can be served not only with Japanese food but also with Western food.
It can be enjoyed at room temperature.
It should become more difficult to obtain in the near future. This is a bottle you should enjoy while you can.
