A dish of seafood with bonito at an Italian restaurant. This challenging sake is brewed with the juice of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Kobe added to the unrefined sake. Although just opened, the aroma was completely Japanese sake, and the taste was elegant sweet sake, not too grapey. The aroma of red grapes may be detected when the temperature rises. It was hard to tell the effect of the inclusion of grapes, but I hope they continue to challenge themselves more and more.
