2020 fireproof. It was given to me by a relative of mine from a ryotei restaurant. Last year was a year when I couldn't find Zijima, but this year I'll start with Zijima!
It was served at room temperature, but the dryness was enhanced and the aftertaste was sweet and round. It smelled like ramune when I first opened it.
I had it with New Year's hors d'oeuvres that I ordered at my favorite wine restaurant, Tessa!
