I'm a little kid.
I usually drink only fruity sake.
Shinomine was recommended to me, so I gave it a try.
It was dry, but not too harsh.
I was eating fried food at the time, so it made my mouth feel refreshed. Delicious!
It made me think that there is such a thing as sharp and dry sake.
This sake made me think that there is such a thing as a "sharp and dry" sake.
