After drinking junmai daiginjo, unfiltered nama sake, junmai nama, etc., this is still good even though it is much more matured!
Although it is a regular sake grade, it is an unusual regular sake brewed by polishing Koshitanrei to 40% of daiginjo-grade.
At the sake camp, we compared it with J50g (Junmai Daiginjo-genshu), which was also extremely tasty, and we were happy to have it again.
It is fruity and refreshing, but the presence of this umami is amazing!
It's to the point where a drunken person would look twice in the mouth.
