Kamoshibitokuheijila maison

Kuheiji is one of my favorite sakes and this time I got the La Maison Omachi. It was made in February, so I bought it a long time ago, but I left it in the fridge and now it's finally my turn to drink it😄.
This sake is famous for its reputation as a Japanese citrus wine, and it has the feeling of being a hassaku! A marriage of citrus? I think it goes well with any food that has a citrus marriage. This kind of sake with a good balance of moderate acidity, bitterness and umami is unstoppable👍.
