Mouth: Sound texture, smooth and velvety. The scent is a little strong, with a sweet aroma of caramel and brown sugar, and an aroma of steamed rice. You may feel it. But it's not harsh (medium to high), it's a little dry.

P.S. I read on the site something about jumping up and down to warm up, so I turned it up to 70... but the acidity was spiky and not so much for me personally...
Just a nice warm and cold drink from it! It instantly becomes mellow. Cooled to about 50 degrees.
