Miyazumi is named after Miyazumi Meizumi Brewery, which brews 寫楽.
It is fruity in the mouth, but the aftertaste is powerful and alcoholic, and it leaves a strong alcohol taste through the nose.
Pairing with Western food might be a good idea!
