I stopped by Pascal Sanda today and bought some Naekaya, Rim Red.
I heard this one also uses rice from Sanda City.
I had hesitated to buy it every time I went there because it was a draft sake, but with two bottles left, I took the plunge and bought it. I carried it around with me for a bit.
It was sweet but easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.
I might try heating it to lukewarm.
