This is a nigori sake from the famous Shirafuku (Yamamoto). I bought this because I wanted to drink a nigorizake. I bought it because I wanted to drink something nigorize-like, and I also love Hakuboku's Doshin. It looks like doburoku or makgeolli, but it's not as sweet as I thought it would be. Be careful opening the bottle! It's quite fizzy, just because it's labeled as such. You can taste the flavor of the rice. When I bought it, the staff at the store confirmed to me three times that I should be careful about various things lol.
