The color is a slight yellow, and the aroma is gorgeous and sweet, like ripe apples, pears, and honey.
The taste is balanced, including the lingering aftertaste, although the acidity is moderate and the sweetness is expected to be stronger due to the sweet aroma.
It has a mellow taste, but it is a delicious sake that goes well with both aperitifs and mid-meal drinks.
I heard they also have a junmai daiginjo, which I would like to try next time.
