After cooling down at Gobashi and Kaze no Mori, we ordered Shinsei, which was in stock.
They said the S-type was already sold out, so we ordered the R-type.
It had the typical Shinmasa sweetness of white peaches, a touch of gasiness, and a good acidity that quickly quenched.
No matter how many times I drink it, I can't believe it is sake.
I ordered a side dish and drank it while savoring it so that it wouldn't run out too soon.
